Exclusive, original and branded are labels about different aspects of a product. They should not be treated as interchangeable proof that a game has better odds, unique mechanics or guaranteed returns.

Exclusive needs a defined scope
An exclusivity claim needs to identify the product and explain the relevant period, territory or distribution arrangement. A game being visible on one website does not establish that it is unavailable everywhere else.

Original and branded describe different things
A claim that a product was developed in-house needs evidence about its developer. A branded theme may concern a name, character or presentation. Neither label alone explains the mathematical model or the exact feature rules.
Do not infer a licensing relationship from a visual resemblance or a familiar title.
Feature names are not outcome promises

The paytable guide separates symbol rules, RTP and volatility. Promotional language such as better odds or life-changing payouts is not a substitute for those definitions.
A jackpot label needs its own explanation
Different products can use different prize structures. A generic claim that every jackpot increases with every spin is insufficient. Identify the product and read the published conditions rather than assuming one mechanism applies everywhere.
An advertised maximum or large prize is not a typical return. It should not be presented as a reason to extend play or increase spending.
Keep catalogue information separate from participation
A factual catalogue identifies products and sources; it should not promise that each round brings someone closer to a win. That earlier claim and the funding instructions have been removed.
