Start With Symbols and Winning Ways
The main paytable section lists each symbol and the combinations that can produce a return. Higher-value symbols are usually shown first, while lower-value card symbols may appear further down. Look for these details:
- Paying direction: Some games count wins from left to right; others can count in both directions.
- Paylines or ways: A paylines game needs matching symbols on listed lines. A “ways” game may count matching symbols across adjacent reels instead.
- Bet level: Paytable amounts can be displayed as credits, coins or a multiplier of the total bet. Confirm which one the game uses before comparing figures.
